  • Cover page of a resource titled 'GPS for Early-Stage Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias,' curated by the Center for BrainHealth.

    Guide to Proactive Steps (GPS)

GPS helps people find the resources needed to proactively care for a loved one with a diagnosis. Written specifically for people in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, GPS has enough general advice, I’d recommend it as a guide for folks anyplace. It gives you a great place to start finding answers to tough questions (and questions you might not know you need to ask)!

Their NEURO method makes good sense. The recipes look interesting and tasty. I find the nutritional advice highly restrictive, causing me to pass on that part of their advice.
