If dementia has touched your life and, like me, you feel anxiety every time you misplace your keys, this workshop is for you… And about you! Learn to “Protect Your Brain: Tipping the Scale of Aging” through well-researched, simple lifestyle adjustments that may postpone or reduce your risk of cognitive decline. Discover strategies to protect your cognitive health and maintain a sharper mind as you age. Stay for an optional 12-minute meditation proven to enhance your mental well-being. Join our workshop and start making positive changes today!

Self-care is important. Remember: Fill your cup first. “You can’t pour from an empty cup.”

Who: You — anyone who wants to learn more about brain health and proven ways to reduce the risk of dementia.

What: Invest approximately 2 hours in learning more about brain health

When: Gather a group, and we’ll find a time that works for you, or join one of our scheduled sessions.

Where: In person or online. What works for you?

How Much: Each time I present, I contribute to the ARPF. Please make your own contribution, or Venmo me if you find the information worthwhile. Fundraising events may have a suggested exchange.

Each month, we’ll check in on your progress and questions, explore some timely research, and meditate together!

These sessions will be on or about the third Thursday of each month — usually at noon Eastern Standard Time.
