Learn to “Protect Your Brain: Tipping the Scale of Aging” through well-researched, simple lifestyle adjustments that may postpone or reduce your risk of cognitive decline. Discover strategies to protect your cognitive health and maintain a sharper mind as you age. Stay for an optional 12-minute meditation proven to enhance your mental well-being. Join our workshop and start making positive changes today!

Who: You — anyone who wants to learn more about brain health and proven ways to reduce the risk of dementia.
What: Invest approximately 2 hours in learning more about brain health
When: Gather a group, and we’ll find a time that works for you, or join one of our scheduled sessions.
Where: In person or online. What works for you?
How Much: Each time I present, I contribute to the ARPF. Please make your own contribution, or Venmo me if you find the information worthwhile. Fundraising events may have a suggested exchange.
After you’ve attended a workshop, join us monthly for:

Each month, we’ll check in on your progress and questions, explore some timely research, and meditate together!
These sessions will be on or about the third Thursday of each month — usually at noon Eastern Standard Time.
